What's the Austalian substitute for turkey and dressing? On second thought, leave it to our imagination. Just drink another bottle of screw cap wine -- an awesome invention. Makes it possible to waltz with Maltilda anytime, anywhere. No fumbling for a corkscrew.
Happy Thanksgiving to you as well. Tom explained how to reply so it wasn't so scary. I have been enjoying your posts and your pictures. This blog thing seems to be tailor made for your trip. I share your trip highlights at lunch with the team and everyone is very interested and not a little jealous. Particularly now as we received two inches of snow yesterday. I have to say sometimes vicarious just doesn't work.

Zdorovie!
Holy crap. After all these years, it's "Sláinte!" -- pronouced slawn-cha. Gaelic. It's not one of my languages. (Mary will have known this all along.)
Sláinte!
